Sey Chelle wins 11 Cities Tour.

Congratulations to Sey Chelle for her commanding win in the 11 Cities Tour. Mistral sent her to Holland where she raced in a grueling 135 mile race over 5 days. She lead the womens race from start to finish. It is exciting to watch how strong and competitive she has become over the last couple of years.
